Applicants who are currently enrolled in a qualifying course, such as high school or college studies or an English language program, and whose final results are not available at the time of application, can only be assessed on the available information. In this case, a conditional (provisional) letter of offer may be made. Once an applicant’s results are received and the applicant meets the entry requirements, an unconditional offer can be made.

Incomplete applications cannot be processed. Submitting an incomplete application may cause unnecessary delays in processing.
